Sara Lynn Evans, born on the 5th of February 1971 on the 5th of February in New Franklin Missouri was raised as the oldest child of seven siblings. She has always loved music and started singing in her home with her family around age five. When she was sixteen she was employed for two full years in a nightclub located near Columbia Missouri. Her goal was to become an artist from the country genre. So, in 1991, Sara moved from Missouri's Kansas City and moved to Nashville Tennessee.
